It was pretty easy to get it set up. I simply imported my Google and iPhone calendars into Podz and now my family has one great calendar. Love the poll feature too. It is also amazing for travel planning — a place to keep and share all the vacation photos, put in restaurant reviews, schedule events, chat with those family or friends who are going on the vacation with you.
